Newark to Charles de Gaulle is about 8 hours +/- 30 minutes depending on which direction you are headed.  About the same for JFK and LaGuardia but Newark has the most flights I believe.

The flight time between NYC & Charles de Gaulle airport is between 7 and 7.5 hours.  You usually fly sometime in the evening and arrive there in the morning.

For example, Air France flight 17 leaves JFK at 6pm and arrives at CDG at 7:30am the next morning, for a total flight time of 7.5 hrs.
