Just check any flightplan from Singapore to SFO and you'll get an idea, with HK S/O I'd guess..

It would really depend on your routing. If you leave SFO to Narita, Japan, it will take roughly 10 hours. From Narita to Singapore will take approximately 4 to 5 hours.. not counting whatever lay over you might have in Narita.

I'm not sure if Singapore Air has a direct flight from SFO to Singapore, but if you give their office a call I'm sure they would be able to provide you with the information you seek.

Hey.. you might able to take an A380 from SFO to Singapore.. that would be totally cool!!

SFO to LAX (1.5h) and LAX to SIN (17.5h)

NRT to SIN takes around 7h.

Singapore Airlines list the actual flying time at 19hrs.45min from SFO to SIN not including the time you spend during a layover in Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific list their flight to Singapore at 17hrs.40min. not including layover time in Hong Kong. The flight can be much shorter, this time of year 2-3 hrs.shorter because of the jetstream and 3 or 4 hrs. shorter during the winter when the jetstream is stronger.
