How long is the journey from Manila airport to Laguna at round about 3pm??? In philippines?

if you have own private car or van for hire, car for hire etc. then it will not be that long, maybe 2 hours and you're in San Pablo City, Laguna, it will be much longer if you will go somewhere remote in  Laguna.

Quite far plus a boat ride.

Manila is a nightmare for traffic.

Around 3pm, there ain't that much traffic at SLEX... yet. But heavy buildup is common around 4pm onwards. If you start your travel at 5pm, then better make sure you are catheterized.

Where in Laguna? Travel time will depend which city in Laguna you will be heading.

SLEX isnt bad at all during that time. There would most likely be a slight build up approaching Alabang exit but it'll be smooth sailing onwards.
