How long is the process for getting braces on?

I asked this question but i meant how long would the process be for them to put them on you

It took about 2 and a half hours for me

But I was glad to get them on to fix my teeth

So I wasn't impatient at all

Depends on your current teeth structure, something surely studied well by your orthodontist--who surely has a install plan suited for you.

Ask and he / she will tell, according to that plan.

Generally, a textbook average braces install is around 2 hours.  But that's "generally"--every patient is different and some may take longer than others.
