How long is the record for not talking?

I am going for a world record of not talking the longest, but the problem is... I don't know how long that is.

News flash. There are people who are born mute. I'm sure at some time one of them has lived over 90 years. So you'd have to hold your tongue for the next 90 years. Even if you qualified it by only including people who were capable or talking, monks don't talk for years. You're not going to do that.

after five year she is aloud to say two words.

he two words are bed hard.

5 years later he is aloud 3 words

Food is bad

The next day he is kicked out of the monastery.
