  1. about 20-30 mins to properly prepare for a game or practice!...

that includes stretching, running, and warming up ur skills...like peppering!

  2. The current practice for USAV juniors club volleyball is 2-4-4.  Both teams share the court for 2 minutes of peppering.  The team that has the first serve has the entire court for 4 minutes.   The team that receives first will have the entire court the last 4 minutes.  If a team wants to serve, they have to do it during their 4 minutes.

  3. when we warm up it takes us 20mins.

  4. WARM-UP SESSION

(1)Prior to the match, if the teams have previously had a playing court at their disposal, they are entitled to a 6-minute warm-up period together at the net; if not, they may have 10 minutes.

(2)If either captain requests separate (consecutive) warm-ups at the net, the teams may do so for 3 minutes each or 5 minutes each, according to (1)

  5. About 10 Min's..Because that's enough to warm_up and still be able to play your Best without being tired

  6. Its exactly 9 minutes

3 minutes for passing, 3 minutes for hitting, and 3 minutes for serving

  7. Warm up time actually depends where you are playing.

For my state in high school you get 5 together(both teams on) 5 seperate (for each team) and then 2 minutes to serve.

For club if varies by region. Usually for club we have 5 together 5 seperate but the service time is included in that 5 minutes.

  8. it takes my team about 20 or 30 minutes to warm up

  9. usually 2-6 min.

  10. Before the official get's there & makes the coin toss for serve & recieve. The team with serve is on first & they get like 4-6 minutes for each team. then both teams practice serving at eachother for two mins.
