  1. My daugher has been taking it for about 3 months and she is currently 7.5 months.  Yes, it works.  She was waking at night with discomfort and would spit up----and would wake every 2 hrs to eat and I was told that she did that as she probably felt burning.  She also would have projectile spitup and seemed uncomfortable with it.  Now, she sleeps much better (9pm - 4am) and is a happy spitter-upper!  It is harmless and worth giving a try--especially if your child is uncomfortable and cranky vs. just spitting up as all babies spitup.

  2. My son was put on zantac when he was 3 months old.  He is still on it at just over 7 months.  It has worked wonderfully.  He was in so much pain before.  I have thought about taking him off of it, so we skipped a dose here and there and some of the symptoms seemed to come back.  But the worst of the reflux peaks at 4-6 months.  If it isn't hurting him, I am happy to keep him on it a little bit longer to keep him comfortable.  He was just so miserable before.

  3. It does work!!  My son was on it from 6 weeks to 5 months I think
