  1. Depends on the occupant.

    pkn

  2. until u beat the c**p out of them and then bribe the police.

  3. If it is a housing property, try with money, and muscle power, dont go to  lawer, because most of the lawers are fraud people. They will suck time and money as much as possible from u. If it is commercial property go to that areas politician or dada, dont pay the money untill eviction completed.

  4. i have been trying for last five years, the case has still not reached the final arguments position. and even if i win the case, the tenent has the right to file at least one appeal. so that means at least another 7 to 10 years.

It is only now I have learnt the meaning of FOOLS BUILD HOUSE AND WISE PEOPLE STARY IN THEM AS TENENTS.

  5. Actually

    5 - 10 years

  6. It takes long time. Some years. Both parties have to be tired. then settlement. Our rent control laws are like that. No point in blaming the lawyers. They can put forward your case in a court of law. Except this nothing lies in their hands. No landlord in India would obtain a written contract from the tenant. Appeals also lie on the orders. If the other party is capable he may drag on the matter years together. That is why in India private courts are coming up.
