How long it takes from train station to the airport in Stuttgart,what is the best way and how much it costs?

  1. From Stuttgart Mainstation you can take following local trains S2 or S3 from platform 101 every 10 minutes in peak time or 20 minutes off peak. The fare is 2,90€ per Person. the Ticket has to be bought from ticket machines in the station and must be stamped BEFORE going to the platform.

    Traveltime is 27 minutes.


  2. If you're talking about the central (or main) station (Hauptbahnhof), then it's about 1/2 (if that) to the airport.

    You can find out by checking out the Deutschebahn website.

    Go to the website and check it out in English, if needed.

    If you are coming from a different area within Stuttgart, you may get there quicker----or it may take longer.
