  1. You need to contact your embassy and ask them. It probably takes months, unless you have an emergency.

I know it takes about four months now to get an American passport.

  2. You need to apply for a new Peruvian passport through the Peruvian consulate in Tampa.  You will have to ask them how long it will take.  See website below for contact information for the consulate.

  3. I understand that the U.S. doesn't grant passports to individual countries, but to anywhere travel is open. A passport to Peru is no differnt that a passport to Mexico City. Once you have a general passport one only has to purchase a plane ticket and you're there!

  4. You need to check with your consulate.

Necesitas llamar al consulado de Perú.  El más cercano.

  5. According to the Peruvian Consulate in MIAMI, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a NEW passport.

  6. A couple of weeks.  You'll need to bring your DNI.

  7. Doesn't matter what country.  You need a passport for all.  You can get standard service for passport in about 4-6 weeks.  Express service (costs more) will be a few days.  This was taking a lot longer when there was a rush on the service.  Go to the post office where they do applications and they will know how long.
