How long must I wait for oath ceremony after passing US naturalization test?

I live in California and had recently passed my US naturalization test with a perfect score, since it was very easy. Unfortunately, I passed it on May 6th of 2008 and has yet to receive any notification on the date of the oath ceremony while all of my siblings have already received it for quite some time now. I have no idea where to call to inquire about the current situation. The contact information I found online does not help and the phone number they gave was useless. Does anyone know how long it will take or how I can contact them directly?

  1. You can check on the USCIS.GOV website with your application number.  As I understand it, you could still have up to a 12 months wait as the background checks are taking a long time.
