How long notice do i have to give to LJ Hooker if i wanna move out?

I live in a one bedroom flat. Does anyone know how long i have to give them before i can move out?

who or what is LJ Hooker?

when your lease is down to the last 2 mo if on a year+ lease,

give notice.

if month to month, give a month notice.

i presume your aussie, im with lj hooker i just read my lease 4 - 6 weeks if your breaking a lease, 2 weeks if your kease is finished. if your breaking your lease then they may be able to find some one to move in sooner so you will pay up until the next person moves in. good luck
