It's definitely a 2 day ride with a stop over in Ottawa then about a 4 hr. layover in Montreal, You switch trains in Montreal. Assuming your riding in Coach and not a Berth the cost should somewhere around  $250.00 one way, figure in about $30.00 for food if you eat at the Train Station in Montreal then the Dinner Car from Montreal on.
