How long (on average) does it take to get NSEERS waiver from the time of application to approval?

I know that NSEERS waiver rejection takes about 2 weeks from the time of application. Is there a website that gives details on NSEERS waiver timelines?

First off, where did you send the request to? It should have been sent to the District Field Office of the area that you frequent the most in the United States. If you frequent, Boston, Conn.,Vermont, NH RI, it should have been sent to Bosotn, If you frequent the NY area, it should have been sent to NY. IF you frequent the Midwest, etc. etc. No there is no website that will give you information on NSEERS waiver timelines as the waivers are issued on a case by case basis. CHeck with USCIS.GOV for the nearest District Office.
