I want to know about the limit of tourist visa

like how long one can stay in US on tourist visa

And if they return one time their visa will expire..?

Again one has to apply for visit visa..?

The length of time that will be granted to you upon entry in to the US will be written on your I-94 entry/exit card. It may be  from one week to as long as 6 months depending on your reason for the visit and the border agent processing your entry. The validity of your visa must not be confused as the length of your stay in the US. Maximum validity for a visa is 10 years. It means you can come and go into the US for 10 years. The length of each stay is determined at the Port of Entry (I-94) given to you each time you enter the country.

When your visa expires, you need to apply for a new one.**

It all depends.  Generally, B1/B2 visa holders are granted a 6-month stay when they apply for admission at the US port of entry.  The visa expiration date, generally tied to international reciprocity tables, can be up to 10-years, and the number of times you may seek admission to the US during the validity period in marked on the visa - generally either single entry (1) or multiple entry (M).

As noted, the normal length of stay on a tourist visa is 6 months, granted when you enter the US.  However, it is possible to request an extension of the length of stay from USCIS. It's up to CIS to determine at that point how long a person can remain legally in the US. So, it could be a year, or possibly longer if you have an especially good reason to request a longer stay.

It also depends on the country that you are coming from. Each country has a different agreement on visa restrictions ect.

Check out the immigration website for the usa, and it should list each country...find the country that you are from, and then look at the visa "rules" (regulations).

I believe that most visitor visa's are only good for one time entry (once you leave the visa is no longer valid).
