How long pldt can repair a landline stolen?

Our landline lost almost 1 month and not connected we ask repair service assistance the common answer we inform already to technical department but until now no action been made our neighbor has already there lines installed ours not yet telephone line are very important to daily activities we are first subscriber here in our subdivision dont know what to do may be next time ill try the multi media correspondence or GMA NEWS AND ABS CBN so you will act on this matter according to there report we lost our line here at kingspoint at quezon city sauyo road bagbag novaliches any concern has the same problem plz msg me so we can talk this over..im not satisfied with the quality of service of philippines long distance call thats why i started to do written for action...
