  1. if you are already in shape I think you should probably plan to spend 1 hour in the gym. If you are trying to lose alot of weight you should spend around 1 hour 30 minutes. To stay in shape you should run for 30 minutes and do easy arm, leg, stomach, and back exercises for the last 30. If you are trying to lose more weight then run for 30 minutes, then do leg, back, arm, and stomach exercises for 45 minutes and a cardio workout other than running for the other 15. that is what I have people do. it just depends on what you are trying to do


  2. It depends on how much you eat because if you eat alot that day obviously you what to burn ever thing you ate that day and the day before. I eat 1200 calories a day, I burn it everyday by just doing

    TA EBO for just one hour.
