  1. How long would you hold your hands in a bucket of bleach? YOU WOULDNT DREAM OF IT, WOULD YOU?

I find it fascinating that all the dental journals have pages of the MAJOR damage bleaching does to teeth and yet they still allow it to be done. The bleach goes into  your bloodstream also.

You should start saving for dental insurance because you will need it when your teeth eventually crumble away. Full upper and lower dentures are about $2grand each...and really s**y!!!

  2. the previous person is totally wrong.  Research shows that bleaching has a insignificantly mild effect on the microhardness of your enamel.  That effect is reversed after your saliva touches the teeth again because the minerals in your saliva help restore the hardness.  If I were you I would wear it as long as I could, the thing with hydrogen peroxide is that it turns into oxygen which whitens your teeth, and water, so eventually all you have in your mouth is water because the oxygen escapes.  That said with a 22% gel you won't be able to wear it for more than an hour to an hour and a half without your teeth becoming sensitive most likely.  The sensitivity is mainly to cold and goes away within around a day so just play around with it until you find how long you can wear them for and still handle the sensitivity
