  1. two hours in morning and two hour in the evening ,after evening training do not eat so much and try to swim 3000meters and if you are pro swimmer make your training has aloe of butterfly stroke. under water kick and start.that training will help you for losing weight .

That depends upon what shape you are currently in.  While swimming is great exercise and uses all your major muscle groups, swimming alone will not help you loose weight; it needs to be coupled with a change in your diet.  Since swimming is cardiovascular exercise, it is recommended for it to be effective for you to do cardio for at least 20 minutes with your heart rate elevated.  As a 43 year old male, my heart rate should not be any higher than 26 beats per 10 seconds.  Anything higher than that and I am over exerting myself.  Anything less means I'm not working my body as hard as I could.

    If you are not a seasoned swimmer, start slow and build up your endurance and begin to modify what you eat - high protein, low saturated fat, low salt, low sugar.  Doing both - swimming and eating better - will help you see the results you are looking for.
