How long should I wait to apply the Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus after brushing my teeth?

On the box, it says that it is better if you don't use them immediately after brushing teeth, so how long should I wait until applying them if I just brushed my teeth? Thanks.

There isn't a time limit.  That is on there because people can get sensitive teeth from both brushing and the strips.  I believe it says on the box about whether or not you should brush your teeth first or not.  I usually brush them to get most plaque off, apply strips, and then I brush my teeth again with just a wet toothbrush (that gets the sticky feeling off).
