  1. it's not that hard to be vegan.. just make sure you get enough calcium. Protein is so easy to get from vegan sources you should have no trouble!!

  2. I personally waited longer but if I could go back I would have gone vegan right away. I think it's better to do it sooner than later. You don't want to get too hooked on all of that bad stuff.

  3. I knew right away that I wanted to be vegan, but I decided to be just vegetarian first to let my body get used to the new diet. After a couple weeks I felt like I was ready to go vegan, so I did, and I've been vegan for 8 months now. Just wait until your body tells you you're ready

  4. Well I was a vegetarian for about a month and a half before I went vegan. I took me a few times to actually stick with a vegan diet, but I did and actually found it kinda easy. You should try when you're comfortable, but if you give in, its okay, just keep going at it and eventually, it will work out.

  5. You can switch whenever you are ready, and most importantly whenever you are comfortable. Just make the switch at your own pace and don't feel rushed! And remember it's about progression, not perfection. I have been a vegetarian for a year now and have decided to switch to veganism. I've been working on it for about 2 months now. It may seem like a long time, but I am doing it nice and slow so that I can stick with it better and make it easier on myself and on my body. Good luck and hope I helped :)
