Once its eyes have gone from blue back to its normal colour then it should shed sometime within the following 7 days.if the temp and humidity are right and the snake has plenty of rough things to rub against and crawl over, then once it starts rubbing its nose to start the shedding process off it can take upto 24hrs but usually only 30-60 mins.If the set up isn't quite what it should be, then you might have to help with the shedding.If its not all come off after 3 days give it a luke warm bath for 15 mins,twice a day for 5 days.Let it dry off by crawling through your hands while holding a rough but damp towel and that should bring the remainder of the skin off.

Next time then just remember to increase humidity by either spraying the viv or putting an extra water bowl in at the hot end.

It really depends on what you are feeding him/her and how much you're feeding him/her.The more you feed them, and the often you feed them they should shed about once a month or sometime once every two months. My baby ball python shed about once every 2 month and I feed him every week. He is kind of a weird shedder though. If you're worry about the shedding then there is really nothing to worry about. It varies with all snakes. You will know when he/she shed by the cloudiness in it's eyes. He/she won't be able to see much during the shedding stage though so you should be careful when you pick them up.

The total shed process should take about 12 to 15 days from the very beginning until it is done. The actual time once the skin starts to peel should be a matter of a few hours assuming there are no issues.
