  1. girls sticks for sure all come the same size/length. usually a good estimation on how long you should cut it comes from you putting the end of your stick under your arm and stretching your arm straight out. your fingertips should touch the head of the stick. however, the best way to figure out how short you should cut your stick is simply to try cradling a ball in the head and seeing where your hands naturally find it's place on the stick. if you have room between your bottom hand and the bottom of the stick, say 3 inches, that is how much you should be cutting off. my best advice is to leave the length your stick comes as, and after a few practices, you should know if it's too long or just right. but remember, you cannot make it any shorter than 35  1/2 inches according to US Lacrosse regulations, meaning you shouldn't be cutting more than about 7 inches off. good luck!

  2. I'm pretty sure that all women's lacrosse sticks are sold the same length. If you want it shorter you are going to have to get it cut, but anyways your stick(shaft and head together) has to be between 35.5-43.25 inches long. I have a deBeer Envy and it came about 43 inches long and it comes about 5 inches above my naval, I'm 5'4 and it fit's my size and position very well because I play defence. If you play attack you might want a few inches cut off, but whether you play defence or attack you want to be sure you can manage your stick.

    Hope it helps! :)

  3. all of my coaches have told me that it should be about the sixe of your arm or a little longer

most sticks come in the same size but you can cut them to be the size you want with just a normal saw or something
