Question:

How long should i go for?

I usually take a 45 minute run every day. But today I have an appointment with a fitness trainer. We usually do a good 10 minute stretch/warmup, then about 25 minutes of light to moderate kickboxing (short spurts with breaks in between), and 15 minutes of abs. Should I just run for 30 minutes this morning instead?

  2. Sounds like you really don't need to run at all today.  But if you want to, I wouldn't see why 30 minutes would hurt.  :)
