  1. 1 hour a day, 6 days a week.

    each day you work out 2 big parts of your body and a little one ex:

    mon. chest, biceps, abs

    tue. back, triceps, lumbars

    wed. legs, calfs

    thu. cardio

    fri. chest triceps

    sat. back, biceps

    sun. rest

    eat a healthy diet
