How long should i stay in the sun?

I want to even out my tan.

my chest area is really pale then my arms neck head and stuff..

i want my skin color to be matching with my face color.

  2. i wouldn't do the whole sun thing, try the spray tan, it will even out your tan and you don't have to worry about skin cancer!

  3. You certainly do worry and fret a lot! lol You really shouldn't spend too much time in the sun. And I'm a fine one to talk since I am involved with landscaping. I have the same problem you do, only it's not "really" a problem unless you make it one, fretter. =P

    Just go to a tanning bed. And if you can't do that, and if you don't really care what the sun will eventually do to your skin, then stay out just long enough each time to get "almost" burnt. You should have a darkness limit & soon enough it'll all even out.

    Then will come winter and it'll all fade away and be uniform again that way & then you can go trick-or-treating as Casper the Friendly Caramel Marshmallow Ghost. =P
