Question:

How long should i wait before i workout/lift weights after having breakfast?

i am just cautious because i do not want to have appendicitis of some sort. is there a certain period of time?

  1. it is actually better to work out before bkfast because your body wont have as much calories to burn so youll see results faster.  but if you prefer it the other way then wait at least 1 hour. or until that "full" feeling goes away


  2.   Lose as much  body fat  as possible  thenstart  lifting wieght
