How long should i wait? by law?

well i left my job 7-8 weeks ago and they still havent paid me.. by law how long do i have to wait before i can report them? i've been asking alot of questions today about it but i tend to not ask everything all in one.. i know i'm such a pain!

yes i have called them! alot! and nothing.. so i'm thinking this is the only option left?

  1. You should have already reported them.  Do you know a lawyer that would help you cheap?  There are legal-aids society that will give a lawyer.
