How long should i wait to put more semi-permenant color in my hair?(details)?

i just put jet black in like 3 and a half weeks ago and i wanna know how long should i wait to put more in because its fading :-( and im going on a trip tomorrow and i want it to look pretty.

  1. it is okay to do it now.  


  2. it is not going to hurt to put more tonight or today.  semi-perm hair color is not as has, there is no bleaching invovled, it is just a layer of color on top.
