Question:

How long should i walk before i can start running and not hurt myself?

i just had a baby 4 weeks ago and iv been walking for 3 weeks.. next week should i start running? i feel ok.. im just not losing the weight by walking.. i walk 35 min a day

  1. Just start slow and easy dont feel like you have to start fast so take it nice and slow. Then after some week go by you can pick up the pace!

  2. Walking actually gets you as much as running as far as burning fat.  Walk until you feel comfortable and then you can run.  I'm sure you would be fine running know but it is ultimately choice.

  3. you actually should have started running as soon as you had the baby...WALKING ACCOMPLISHES NOTHING
