How long should it take for a priority package to be shipped?

A medium box of photos was shipped priority mail through the USPS from Northern Minnesota on Friday June 27th to Southern Florida and I still haven't received it. I know it only takes 4 days to get stuff from Nebraska, and it's been over a week now. Should I be worried? The sender is an idiot and didn't get insurance or a tracking number. How long should it take to get here??

well they have to actually ship the package in order to get it.
