How long should it take for me to start seeing some results?

I just started (maybe 2 weeks ago) working out again to get fit. Im a bit overweight at about 5'7 180-185 lbs. Im doing about 150 crunches, 200 Bicep Curls (100 on each arm, 4 reps of 25 on each), 200 forearm curls, and 80-100 Overhead tricep extensions. When do you think ill start seeing results from these workouts and which muscle will i see develop the fastest?

  1. Well to see faster results losing a little bit of weight could help.  So, maybe add in a little cardio to your routine!  This will help you lose the layer of fat above the muscle even faster allowing the muscles to come through!  Be careful doing that much at one time!  You don't want to stress your body too much!  Oh..and add in Whey Protein Powder Shakes..they do wonders!
