  1. I would say it could take a very long time...what did they promise you?  have you tried calling them?  Since we don't know what it was about, it would be hard for anyone to tell you what your travel agent would do...You could've gotten them within a few days or they could take months...it depends on their policies.

  2. Hi! check my web side I am travel agent and i respond your question.http://riveraramos.vacationmedia.net/

  3. hi butch. we do cruise for business. normally the cruise company always advise the travel agency to offset what ever is due for refund or rebate on their next payment. it DOES NOT TAKE LONG to have a rebate or refund unless ofcourse your travel agency only has 1 passenger to cruise...and thats you, so there is no payment to offset the rebate or refund.

  4. I question why you overpaid for the cruise.  They should have been able to give you and exact cost when you booked it.  Then you'd be responsible for the incidentals that you charged while on board.

If you overpaid, I'd be contacting them until they paid you.  They should be able to print up a check within in a couple of weeks and get it to you.  Unless..you used a website travel agent and not a local one.  Then I think you are out of luck.
