  1. That depends on several factors.  Your height, weight, and past usage of the drug.  If you do not feel that your medicine is working you should consult a mental health professional not your general practitioner.  


  2. About 30 minutes.  I take it 4 times a day and it hits me about 30 minutes after I take one.  If you need to talk about it, please e-mail me, as I have been on it for several years for anxiety and panic attacks.
