My relator said any where from 1 month to 8 month is normal in this market for Philly.

Some house are the lower end are selling fast because people are tired of paying over price rent.  The higher house are selling but taking longer.

You already know this, but right now is the worst time to sell a house.

It could take anywhere from 1 day to never.  Best of luck, you might want to talk to people around the area.  Word of mouth may be better than a real-estate broker.
