How long should my iPod touch battery last?

I just got my iPod touch a few days back, and it only lasts a few hours. The battery quickly drains. After two hours of games, I have only 20 percent left, or after 4 hours of music. Is this normal?

  1. music should last about 23 hrs. videos last 10 hrs. idk about games

    EDIT-sorry, video is 5 hrs.


  2. well it should last half a day. My iPod does drain too. Buy a charger and have it plugged in while u use it. Saves battery and charges while in use. I'm on my iPod now.
