i'm a 16 year old female, 135 pounds, 5'7, and i play soccer. what should my 2 mile time be? does anybody know of any ideas to become a faster long distance runner and sprinter? i need to be in top shape for my soccer season and my training is not getting me there. also does a lot of muscle in your quads and hamstrings speed you up or slow you down?
