  2. Until your IQ drops 10 percent... and for some people who work out all the time.. that is just a matter of minutes..  he,he,he...

  3. Only until she gets up and makes the tea

  4. when ever you get pissed off!

  5. If you're at the gym then you're already on a round timer, but since you've asked this question that means that you're at home training.  So here's what you need to do man.  Go to a sporting good store ( one of the big ones ) and buy your self a "personal round timer" and set it for 12 rounds at 3:00 each with a break time of 1:00 between rounds.  Stay on the heavy bag through at least half of your rounds mixing in the double end bag, slip bag and speed bag where you can here and there through the 12 rounds set on your timer.

6 of the 12 rounds at the very least should be spent working on the heavy bag.  Some days maybe even spend the full 12 rounds on the heavy bag.  Mix up your timer routine as you see fit and work on areas where you think you need improvement on any given day, but remember to keep a lot of heavy bag work built into your daily routine dude.  If you're not satisfied with a mere 12 rounds per day you can always do your boxing work outs through two or three sets of 12 round workouts on your timer.

You can pick up a decent "everlast" timer for about 20 bucks or so at any "d**k's Sporting Goods" store nationwide in their boxing section which in my area is a little corner area of their store where they sell gloves, weights, timers and what not.  It is very highly important that you stick to a round timer while training for boxing dude.  The round timer is the staple of all boxing gyms from coast to coast.

    Good luck!!

  6. For getting toned up, I'd start off with 3-3 minute rounds on the heavy bag, depending on what shape you're in already. Work on this for a week then add another 3 minute round the next week. If you're not used to it, working out on a heavy bag can really take the steam out of you very fast. Work out on it every other day. Keep adding a round every week or every two weeks. Within a month you'll notice a lot more muscle tone and increased flexibility.

  7. u should take up judo instead of boxing. it doesnt really get u fit but in a real fight boxers are only good from a distance so they can throw punches, but someone who does judo can just grab them and then the'yre screwed.

  8. You should stay on the punching bag anywhere from 3/4-1hour to get punching power.Speed bag for timing and speed.
