I am a victim of false accusations (by wife during a divorce with a custody battle) resulting in supervised visitations. I (and my daughter) have endured these visits for 9 months. The investigators have told me they have no concerns about me, they do have concerns about my wife mental stability. However, the judge refuses to address the supervised visitation issue separately from the divorce issue, so this likely to continue for another 3 to 6 months. Doesn't it seem that the visits should be treated as a separate issue from the divorce? I feel my daughter is being held ransom by our judge. He says he will address nothing more until I get my late tax returns to my wife! The question should be: am I a fit parent? otherwise I should not be denied my constitutional right to being a parent.
