How long should you be awake ??

i woke up at 10.. its now 4.44 am... i live christchurch newzealand..

  1. During the school year, I'm up from 5 AM, to about 10 or 10:30 PM.

    If that gives you any clue.


  2. Until you need to sleep. But try not to leave it stupidly late. I usually get up at 10 as well, and get 7 hours sleep. So as long as i start sleeping the right time, everything's wonderful!
