How long should you stay in a sonna(or whatever they are called) and/or a sweat box?

you know? those places at the gym? one room is all steamy and the other is just hot...

  1. its a sauna, and i think its no longer than 15 min. but there are people that stay there much longer than that.

    it doesnt really matter, my dads fallen to sleep in one before, u can go 4 half an hour or 2 hours, doesnt matter
