How long should you wait to drink soda, after eating mentos?

I just ate some mentos and I was wondering how long until I could drink soda. please help!

You can drink your soda right now if you want.  Mythbusters on the Discovery channel challenged the misconception that mentos and soda would make your stomach explode.  They finally made a stomach rupture but it took more soda and mentos than you can probably handle so you are safe.  I cannot find the link on their site but I remember watching the episode.

You don't have to wait, dumbass. If the mentos were going to react with anything, it would be the acid in your stomach.
