How long til' carbonated drinks are banned?

And will we need to purchase carbon credits to drink them? After all, they DO release carbon dioxide... Is this the cause of "manmade global warming"?

Like breathing, carbonation in soda doesn't contribute to global warming.  The carbon added to the drink was taken out of the natural carbon cycle.

The problem is burning fossil fuels which releases carbon which has been trapped for millions of years.  It's more than the carbon cycle can absorb, and it accumulates in the atmosphere, increasing the greenhouse effect and thus global warming.

but it was orange flavored with no coloring!!!

The CO2 for carbonating pop is a waste product from breweries.  They will probably ban beer and the price of pop will skyrocket.
