How long till I can drink "beer" again after having wisdom teeth pulled?

I just had my wisdom teeth pulled/cut out today and I'm healing very well it seems. However I'm going to a party next saturday and there is a possibility that there may be beer or other alcohol. So I'm just wondering would I be healed enough to drink if I wanted to?

No.  You should never ever ever ever ever ever EVER drink alcohol while on antibiotics or immediately afterward (about 48 hours).  You received antibiotics that last anywhere from 7-10 days so this alone would disqualify the alcohol.

Plus, your body is healing.  No matter how fantastically cool you think it'll be to go get hammered, it'll do you body tons of harm.  Let your teeth completely heal and your body to build up its immunity again before you do any drinking.
