How long till I receive my green card?

My husband and I had our Marriage based adjustment of status interview last week. We got our approval right there and then. He received his Welcome notice already but no green card yet. How long does it take?

  1. Check your Welcome Notice and it says on the 3rd paragraph that "You should receive it within the next 3 weeks". It should be in your mailbox soon.


  2. I had my green card approval at the beginning of April 08 and the card came just before the end of the month (about 3 weeks) I would say it came 2 weeks after the welcome letter.  Congrats.

  3. If he's received his welcome notice, it typically takes 1 to 4 weeks.
