Question:

How long till i see results from running and lifting?

I run/jog/walk 4 days a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes and I curl 25 pound dumbells 3 sets of as many as i can do 3 times a week.. I work on my lower abs doing sit ups 3 sets of as many as i can do 3 times a week and I also do the same with lounges 3 times a week. all of that plus plenty of water and lean meat in my diet. im 5'8 169 pounds with that being said how long will it take for me to see really noticeable results.

    you will see a little results in about 3 months then after that you will see results a bit more quicker BUT YOU MUST BE PATIENT  and keep up the good work you are doing a nice workout keep it up you will be a stud ,keep it up and you will see

  3. i think its one of those things that gradually happens. i work out 6 days a week.. at least an hour of cardio and i kinda know what your feeling.. I'm waiting for my results to magically appear.. but its just a thing that gradually happens.. best thing to do is weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat.. right after you wake up is the best time to weigh yourself.
