Question:

How long till i will see weight loss results??? ive been working out and eating healthy for 3 weeks now?

i have noticed a little bit of fat loss on my stomach, but none on my chest

ive been eating very healthy and doing 40 mins of cardio 6 days a week

if i keep this up, will i eventually see fat loss in my chest, or will i just never lose any fat in my chest?

  1. cardio alone isnt enough...do some toning as well


  2. Have you been doing strength training (eg weights) as part of your exercise routine. If no then this may be exactly what you need to really burn that fat.

    We need muscle in order to burn fat. Muscle is a very active tissue, so burns fat even while resting. Every pound of muscle you have will burn 50 extra calories per day. If you do some exercises such as bench press to build up the chest muscle that can also help to burn the fat around that area.

    If you burn more calories than you take in (achieved through a healthy eating plan), build up muscle through strength training and complete 30 minutes of solid cardio a day then weight loss is a certainty.

    Also please do not judge weight loss by the scales. Muscle weighs more than fat and the scales can be deceiving. Judge weight loss on body measurements, the mirror and how you feel.

From experience fat loss is a life long commitment.  But I think that after 3 months of serious training (be careful not to over train  out of good willingness) you should see the beginning of some results. The more time passes the more your body becomes better.  Its impossible to see results from day to day or week to week.  BE PATIENT. And don't give up... :>)
