Question:

How long till the soreness goes away?

i ran 2 miles and biked 6 miles friday and biked another 6 miles earlier this afternoon. my legs and knees are sore and im wondering if it will go away by monday cuz im trying out for a soccer team and i dont want to be all sore and be slowed down. are there any tips on how to relieve the soreness as well?

  1. No but you are building up. It is normal  When you et sore doing exersize you are meant to carry on for another 20 mins When it is sore it is doing good. Just warm up for soccer( now called football by the way). you will be fine


  2. Sleep as much as you can, hydrate yourself .. Do stretching excerises before you sleep. It worked for me. The pain and soreness in my legs was gone in 1 or 2 days.

  3. Ice packs for swelling. A good rub down! and relaxation.

  4. Maybe do a little stretching before Monday. You'll be fine.

  5. Yea that, cause withought any sort of relaxing treatment, could take like 4 days. How about some Icy Hot!
