How long till visa after giving docs for 221g?

Question

My husband had his interview last week in Bangladesh and the consular told him he was approved. Although I submitted our marriage certificate to NVC...the embassy said they never received it. She gave him a blue sheet and told him to submit the marriage certificate to be issued a visa. He will submit it today. How long will it take to give us the visa?

If they will find everything OK and legal, it will take only couple of days. However, it would depend on embassy too.
