MY WIFE IS US CITIZEN, WE GOT MARRIED IN INDIA, WHICH CATEGORY IT IS CALLED? WHICH FORM WE HAVE TO FILL FOR DELHI? AND WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED? DO I NEED TO HIRE AGENT FOR THAT ? OR ITS EASY TO DO OURSELF? HOW LONG TIME ITS TAKE AFTER FILING TO DELHI TO GET VISA? PLS REPLY SOON

If your wife is an American citizen living in Delhi, she will have to file Form I-130 "Petition for Alien Relative" at the American Embassy in Delhi.  Approval of the application could take up to 1 year.  The application may be downloaded from this website:
